You agree not to initiate chargebacks with your credit card provider except in cases of demonstrable fraud. If you initiate a chargeback without valid grounds, AIConvo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Refuse to process pending and future transactions from any credit card or online account associated with the chargeback.
• Restrict access to the Services for any individual or entity associated with the credit card accounts or online accounts involved in the chargeback.
