Terms of Service

This Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of the services provided by REFLECTIONWAVE CO., LIMITED ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a UK limited liability company. By accessing or using our services (the "Services"), you ("User" or "Developer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

AIConvo is an AI model chat application providing an API and a chat interface at aiconvo.app. The Services allow Users and Developers to interact with various large language models, image generation models, and 3D object generation models. Applications built by Developers may be publicly displayed on AIConvo.

AIConvo is currently in beta. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including the availability of specific models, at any time.

In the event an official AIConvo model is removed:

We will provide notification via the AIConvo community Discord server.
We will redirect requests for the removed model to a comparable model (in terms of price and capability) for a reasonable transition period.
After a grace period of at least two weeks, requests for the removed model will return a 404 error.

2. Users and Developers

"Users" are individuals who utilize the Services to interact with and generate content from AI models. "Developers" are individuals or entities who utilize the AIConvo API to build applications. Both Users and Developers may incur charges for model usage.

3. User Obligations

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must consent to these Terms of Service and accept responsibility for your use. Content generated by models accessed through AIConvo may not be suitable for minors. If you are accepting these Terms of Service on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement.

You agree not to use the Services to:

Violate any applicable laws or the rights of any third party.
Violate these Terms of Service or any applicable policies of AIConvo or third-party model providers. Model provider policies can be found in the documentation.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying components of the Services, models, algorithms, or related technologies.
Abuse, harm, interfere with, or disrupt the Services, models, or underlying technologies, including through fraudulent or deceptive activities, introducing malware, spamming, hacking, or bypassing security measures.
Use the Services or models in a prohibited manner, including exceeding rate limits or creating multiple accounts to avoid payment.
Use any automated data extraction methods, such as web scraping, without our express written permission.
Represent content generated by the Services as human-generated.

4. Payment

Developers may pay for model usage directly or enable Users to pay through an OAuth flow linked to their AIConvo accounts. Model pricing, which varies based on the model and applicable discounts, is available pricing page.

Users can purchase credits using a payment card to pay for model usage. Credits are non-refundable. During the beta period, credits may expire 12 months after purchase.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time with notice posted on our website or within the Services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of the content you upload, publish, or display within AIConvo, and any content generated by models in response to your prompts or inputs ("User Content"). No intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, technology, or processes, are transferred to you. All such rights remain the sole property of REFLECTIONWAVE CO., LIMITED.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of UK, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect user information, is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. You can find our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

REFLECTIONWAVE CO., LIMITED shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or problems arising from or related to your use of the Services.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, upon notice to you. You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by ceasing to use them. Upon termination, all rights and obligations will be extinguished except for those that, by their nature, should survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.
